Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer with a consultant background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 - 10 years of experience in residential high-rise towers within the UAE and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex civil engineering projects. This role involves close coordination with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and local regulations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Review and validate project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, schedules, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local authorities and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise in resolving complex civil engineering challenges and propose practical solutions.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage and track project costs, identifying and addressing potential overruns while maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry standards, codes, and regulatory changes applicable to residential high-rise construction in Dubai.
