Job Description

Kinetic˙is working with a leading˙Medical Device˙company who are hiring a˙Business Support Manager˙to be based in˙Dubai.Key aspects of the role include:

  • Manage and update files in our CRM system, ensuring the accuracy, organization, and currency of all data.
  • Regularly monitoring the progress of the sales funnel and associated files to support decision-making.
  • Oversee and update all data relevant to the department, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide direct support to the Commercial Director, which includes preparing presentations, compiling reports, and assisting with daily tasks to enhance department efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison between our distributors and internal professionals.
  • Serve as the link between various departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination to achieve commercial goals.
  • Organize and update all departmental documentation and records for easy retrieval and reference.
