Main Job Purpose:Provide all the required support to the customers to ensure their satisfaction and to achieve the sales target in line with theOperations Standards Operations Procedures (SOPs) and standards. Ensure the stock availability organizing of productsand prices accuracy in compliance with the commercial requirements.Accountabilities:Customer Support:? Support customers in regards to finding the products that meet their needs by explaining how products work, suggest the suitable products and demonstrating how to use them to ensure customers satisfaction.? Provide consultation and recommendation to the customers through diagnosing and analyzing their requests in order to achieve the sales target and to ensure customer satisfaction.? Fully understands information about Beauty products through the participation in the technical training to be full aware about the Beauty product usages, specifications, etc...Beauty Products Organization:? Organize the Beauty products display, signing and ensure Stock shelves availability to ensure the compliance with the category layout.? Participate and collaborate with pharmacy crew through providing the required support in order to achieve the whole store sales target.? Ensure price accuracy in the Beauty products through conducting regular update in the products price to ensure compliance with commercial update.? Participate in all relevant campaigns through the execution of the tasks assigned by the Marketing and Commercial Divisions in order to achieve the Commercial and Marketing strategy.
