Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and energetic barista who can maintain a high level of service and become the face of the Cantata brand in our store.Responsibilities:

  • Serving customers with a positive attitude and using professional communication channels to establish loyal relationships with customers.
  • Consulting customers on the range of tea and coffee, brewing methods, tastes and features of products.
  • Preparing drinks in accordance with brand standards, adhering to recipes and serving aesthetics.
  • Maintaining a clean workspace, caring for equipment, timely replenishment of stocks.
  • Active participation in promotions, product promotions and seasonal offers.
