Job Description

Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 6,000Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AutoCAD Draftsman to join our dynamic team in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AutoCAD for both 2D and 3D design, as well as experience in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for interior projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work closely with interior designers and project managers to bring design concepts to life. Key Responsibilities:

  • 2D Drafting:
  • Prepare accurate and detailed 2D drawings for interior spaces, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical details using AutoCAD.
  • Ensure drawings meet project requirements and are in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • 3D Rendering:
  • Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations to represent interior design concepts effectively.
  • Work with designers to convert conceptual designs into 3D models and renderings, enabling clients to visualize the final design.
  • Preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities):
  • Prepare detailed BOQs for the materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and other items required for the interior projects.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accuracy and alignment with project budgets.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure design concepts are accurately represented in the drawings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely execution of design concepts.
  • Revisions & Updates:
  • Make revisions and updates to drawings and 3D models based on feedback from project stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the drawings and renders reflect the most current design and construction information.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all design documents are accurate, clear, and presented in the highest quality format.
  • Maintain consistency in design styles, technical details, and materials.
