Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising facility management operations and assisting the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties. The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with our property management team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained, leases are negotiated and executed efficiently, and tenants needs are met in a timely and professional manner.Responsibilities:

  • Supervise facility management operations, including building maintenance, repairs, and renovations, to ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet tenants needs.
  • Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, showing properties to prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and processing rental applications.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and work with maintenance staff to address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure that all leases and other legal documents are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that services are provided as needed and that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the property management team to discuss operational issues, tenant concerns, and other matters as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
