An Ideal candidate has to be a˙seasoned automotive industry leader with a proven track record in aftersales operations, The candidate needs to excel in driving performance and enhancing customer satisfaction. Were seeking a dynamic Aftersales Director to oversee and optimize our aftersales value stream, spanning spare parts, service, and body shop operations.<br /><br />?<br />- 10+ years of managerial experience in the automotive industry<br />- Proficiency in English and Arabic (both mandatory)<br />- Prior experience in the Iraqi market (a definite plus)<br />- OEM background is essential<br />- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management, Automotive or a related field; MBA or equivalent is advantageous<br />- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team coaching skills<br />- Exceptional customer-centric mindset<br />- Proficiency in Data Analytics and KPI management<br />- In-depth knowledge of automotive service processes, parts, and maintenance<br /><br />?<br /><br />Requirements- Aftersales business planning and strategy development<br />- Aftersales KPI and performance management<br />- Spare parts performance optimization (fulfillment, inventory efficiency, and profitability)<br />- Service performance enhancement (efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability), encompassing PDI, mechanical maintenance, and collision repairs<br />- Team leadership: recruitment, performance management, and skill development<br />- Operational excellence and policy implementation (process management, reporting, quality, pricing, etc.)<br />- Principal relationship management (business planning, reporting, warranty, pricing, etc.)<br />- Continuous monitoring of market trends and competitive landscape<br />- Business development and revenue growth management<br />- Network development and performance enhancement<br /><br /><br />Benefits- Attractive salary + Benefits<br />
