Job Title: Accounts ManagerDepartment: Finance & AccountsReports To: CEOLocation: Dubai, U.A.EJob Summary:We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Accounts Manager predominantly with CA qualification who will be responsible for the financial operations and accounting functions of the company. This role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate and make sure the auditors are well supported.
  • Monitor and manage the companys cash flow to ensure liquidity.
  • Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
  • Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals by providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the companys financial strategy.
  • Identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and clients in matters related to accounts and payments.
  • Proficiently use accounting software and other financial tools to streamline processes.
Educational Qualification & Requirements
  • Bachelors/ Master?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field along with CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT qualification
