Job Description

Our company is rapidly growing and is currently looking to hire a Team Lead to our Bookkeeping Services DepartmentThe Team Lead, Bookkeeping Services, is responsible for overseeing a team of bookkeepers and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of bookkeeping services to our clients. This role involves providing guidance, training, and support to team members, as well as monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 bookkeepers.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of bookkeeping work performed by the team.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks for a portfolio of clients, including:
  1. Accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
  2. Preparation of financial statements.
  3. Data entry and reconciliation.
  • Monitor team performance against established metrics and provide regular feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of bookkeeping work.
  • Manage client communication and resolve issues.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
