Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Supervise daily F&B service and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.Coordinate and support the team during events and operations.Handle guest requests, recommendations, and complaints professionally.Ensure proper hygiene, grooming, food safety, and service standards.Assist with event setup, logistics, inventory, and equipment.Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Handle POS/cashiering duties when required.Conduct team briefings and support junior team members.Desired Candidate ProfileRequirements:2?3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.Experience in Banqueting / Events is highly encouraged.Good English communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused, friendly, and presentable.Knowledge of Micros/POS is an advantage.Flexible with working hours, locations, and overtime based on business requirements.Basic Food Hygiene/HACCP certification is an advantage.
