Zoho Consultant At Supertron Infotech, we?re in search of a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help continue a tradition of unparalleled client and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding management of day-to-day operations, including PL handling, human resources, and accounting processes. This person will be a motivated leader who thrives on creating and sustaining a climate of inclusion, trust, and productivity.The candidate must be proficient in team building and management and must have some a certain degree of entrepreneurial spirit and experience with him.About Supertron Supertron Infotech is an upcoming and one of the fastest growing CSP in Dubai. Supertron Infotech deals in brands such as Zoho, Sophos and DocuSign.Primary responsibilities and accountabilities

  • The Zoho consultant shall be responsible for designing and implementing critical customer-facing solutions, mainly on Zoho platform.
  • The job requires a self-motivated, driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The resource may also have to manage train other team members. Implementing Zoho- Solution & developing customized applications.
  • Lead the implementation of Zoho across the different modules
  • Keep self-abreast of all the features and updates and upgrade the system from time to time
  • Manage quality and consistency of data, generate reports and input data to support organization initiatives
  • Update and maintain all records across the Zoho suite
  • Assist, train and create guidelines and user guides for the team to use Zoho.
  • Provide consulting around best practices of Zoho administration and implementation to enhance user experience
  • Gather business requirements and proactively suggest solutions.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve issues
  • Manage the software requirements of the Organization
  • Make sure the health of the systems and machines are all ok from time to time
  • Proactively suggesting new technologies that can help the team be more efficient
  • Ensure smooth operations of all the systems across the organization
  • Manage the IT Personnel
  • Manage the server and keep track of all the renewals.
Technical Requirements Experience in building or implementing requirements on any Zoho applicationExperience In Writing Zoho Custom Functions
  • Excellent understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns, as well as with OO languages (Java, Ruby, C#, C++, etc)
  • Experience and knowledge of relational databases, including work with MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
  • Zoho certification preferred.
  • Have a functional understanding of the entire Zoho Suite, especially CRM, People, Recruit, etc
  • Understanding of the details and processes of such functions
  • Be efficient in implementation, getting customizations done and administration work related to Zoho and its related apps i.e. Recruit, CRM, Zoho mail etc.
  • Have a complete understanding of the process from Development till the end support. A complete knowledge about the system configuration and its setup.
  • Good knowledge to do technical documentation of the work
