Job Description

Workshop Supervisor | Al Futtaim Automotive | HondaOverview of the role:

  • The primary focus of the role will be to assign and oversee a wide variety of workshop tasks, helping to achieve workshop financial objectives and ensure and monitor technicians meet, utilization, productivity and efficiencies targets.
ÿWhat you will do:ÿÿ
  • Supervise and assist in daily technician activity.
  • People management responsibilities including assigning daily duties to technician.ÿ
  • Conduct performance appraisal for reporting staff.
  • Maximize technician work identification.ÿ
  • Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce best safety regulations and practice.
  • Measure and report effectively all departmental activities.
