The primary focus of the role will be to assign and oversee a wide variety of workshop tasks, helping to achieve workshop financial objectives and ensure and monitor technicians meet, utilization, productivity and efficiencies targets.

Supervise and assist in daily technician activity.
People management responsibilities including assigning daily duties to technician.ÿ
Conduct performance appraisal for reporting staff.
Maximize technician work identification.ÿ
Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce best safety regulations and practice.
Measure and report effectively all departmental activities.
