Job Description

UAE National_Workshop Supervisor | Al Futtaim Automotive | Global AftersalesOverview of the role:The warehouse supervisor is to oversee day-to-day operations and plan and conduct training for warehouse associates. Carry out process studies, implement system and work improvements to the logistic support in line with business demands. Assist team leaders in the implementation of various Kaizen projects.ÿÿWhat you will do:

  • Coordinate inbound/outbound shipment activities
  • Monitor and direct flow and/or movement of parts to ensure dock rotation and availability.
  • Overseeing the proper processing of daily orders, spreading workload among the warehouse personnel and directing work groups including inbound loads.
  • Ensure thorough training/cross-training of all warehouse personnel.
  • Measure, monitor and analyse the operational KPI?s and improvement plan.
  • Directing, auditing and confirming Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) methods based on Warehouse function.
  • Ensuring that the warehouse and outside areas are kept clean and neat, depicting a professional image at all times. This includes assigning and delegating clean up zones as needed.
  • Maintain warehouse safety standards
