UAE National Workshop Supervisor | Al Futtaim AutomotiveOverview of the role:

  • The primary focus of the role will be to assign and oversee a wide variety of workshop tasks, helping to achieve workshop financial objectives. To ensure and monitor technicians meet utilization, productivity and efficiencies targets.
ÿWhat you will do:ÿÿÿ
  • Supervise and assist in daily Technician activity.
  • People Management responsibilities including assigning daily duties to technician.ÿ
  • Conduct performance Appraisal for reporting staff.
  • Maximize technician work identification.ÿ
  • Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce best safety regulations and practices.
  • Measure and report effectively all departmental activities.
