  • Lead and mentor a team of 50+ finance professionals, including finance managers, analysts, and accountants, as well as tax and compliance specialists.
  • Manage the entire Finance & Inventory operations across 5 countries, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, and treasury operations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the Wholesale Trading and new Value Concept Retail Stores - Cosmo segments of our business.
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to plan and deliver financial, commercial, and operational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international tax and accounting regulations.
  • Improve front-end margins by increasing efficiencies at the sourcing and selling points.
