Job Description

As the main point of contact for suppliers to ensure all goods arrive on time, the Role will be responsible for allocating new stock to wholesale partners and ensure timely launch for each new season and replenishment.Sales & Operations

  • Support the division in the successful management of stock availability, transfer and allocation.
  • Manage the product life cycle from initial allocation, including replenishment and consolidation of goods in liaising with respective departments.
  • Executing the plan markdown/ promotions wherever necessary with timely coordination and monitoring
  • Responsible for creating Sales orders for the brands in a timely manner
  • Liaise closely with warehouse and other Head office departments including SC, brand etc
  • Be on top of all communications & ensure prompt responses to external accounts
  • Advise or identify new revenue sources or avenues to add more sales through existing accounts
Financial & Standards
  • Responsible for timely allocation of products to customers to minimize loss of sale.
  • Ensure high standards of all reporting and accuracy of data.
  • Monthly Invoicing conducted in a timely manner and ensuring sales tracker is updated and always maintained, including but not limited to monthly consignment sales and sharing the invoices to the respective partners
  • Be financially accountable for the set sales and margin targets
