Job Description

Wenchao group is a supermarket chain based in dubai ,with various businesses like online shops ,restaurants ,VIP warehouses etc .The company has flagship hypermarkets in Dragon mart ,Diera ,Clock tower ,Abu Dhabi ,and DIP etc .Now ,restaurant waitress is needed .Candidates from all countries are welcome .However ,English language competence is a requirement ,candidates must be able to conduct communication in English ,it would be better if can speak Chinese.And experience in the same field is preferred .Responsibilities:

  • Greet our guests and accompany them to their tables
  • Give menu and provide guests with detailed information if they ask (e.g. portions , ingredients or potential food allergies)
  • Give recommendations upon request
  • Promote additional and signature products when appropriate
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders
  • Transfer order details to the Kitchen coworkers
  • Serve food and drink orders with etiquette
  • Check if the dishes and kitchenware conform hygiene standards and report any problems
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments
  • Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to the kitchen
  • Conform all regulations from the health authorities
