Job Title: Wellness ManagerCompany: Crossroads Insurance Brokers LLCLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob OverviewCrossroads Insurance Brokers LLC seeks an experienced and dynamic Wellness Manager to design, implement, and oversee wellness programs for our corporate and SME clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of innovative wellness solutions that promote health and well-being, aligning with client objectives and fostering positive client relationships. The Wellness Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Development and Management

  • Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to corporate and SME client needs.
  • Assess client requirements to create bespoke wellness strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Oversee program execution, monitoring progress, and evaluating effectiveness.
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary wellness consultant for corporate and SME clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Regularly engage with clients to update them on program performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Wellness Workshops and Initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate health screenings, workshops, seminars, and wellness events.
  • Partner with healthcare providers, fitness experts, and mental health professionals to deliver high-quality services.
Collaboration and Partnership
  • Work closely with Crossroads Insurance Brokers? teams to integrate wellness programs with insurance solutions.
  • Establish partnerships with local health and wellness providers to enhance program offerings.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Collect and analyze data to measure program success and ROI.
  • Prepare detailed reports for clients, highlighting outcomes and future recommendations.
Compliance and Best Practices
  • Ensure all wellness programs adhere to UAE regulations and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on trends in workplace wellness and corporate health initiatives.
Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor?s degree in Health Sciences, Wellness, Public Health, or a related field. A master?s degree is preferred.Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate wellness, health consulting, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with insurance or brokerage firms in the UAE is a strong advantage.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of workplace wellness and corporate health strategies.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on program effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of wellness software is a plus.
