- Welding Expertise + Product Understanding for conducting customer demo with End-users- Good Presentation and demo skills- Drive sales growth, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for grow- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics - weekly- Identification of potential accounts in addition to the list provided by Client- 5 Demos a week - self initiated - Over and above Channel/Client Leads- Upselling and strong persuasion abilities- Ability to identify the correct target customers- Follow all safety precautions and protocols- Wear appropriate PPE during the demonstrations- Maintain Samples in clean and presentable format , change or clean spares as required before the demonstrations.
