They?ve built our reputation on service that exceeds every expectation and industry standard.The JobOur client is seeking to appoint an experienced Wordpress Web Developer to join our experienced team.The role will entail both front-end and back-end experience, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. The position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (including, but not limited to understanding element arrangements on the screen, color and font choices.)The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends, content management systems and an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is also strongly preferred.Your responsibilities will include:Designing and building website?s front-end.Creating website architecture.Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.Generating WordPress themes and plugins.Conducting website performance tests.Troubleshooting content issues.Designing and implementing new features and functionality.Monitoring the performance of the live website.Handling the back-end of the website, including database and server integration.Maintaining well-documented and reusable code.Managing equipment, license and subscription inventory.Ideal CandidateYou have 5 to 10 Years? experience.You have degree or advanced training in IT or related field.You have good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.You have experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.You have strong understanding of PHP back-end development.You have knowledge of WordPress Plugins.You have experience working with debugging tools.You have Search Engine Optimization experience.You have ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.You are an excellent communicator, highly organized and responsive.You have proficient understanding of code versioning tools.You have problem solving attitude and used to working in a fast-paced environment.You have ability to manage projects.You are proficient in MS Office.Ref: 1UNBHBYA4M Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
