Handling Customer at Reception, Collecting the watch from Customer and proceeding for the estimation and confirm the service cost and duration to get the work done. Troubleshooting the issue and proceeding to repair the watches Servicing & repairing defective watches Assisting the queries of Walk-In Customer and Customer over the phone and provide them satisfactory feedback. Confirm the estimated service cost for the watch received by diff. outlet and updating the customer about the status accordingly. Informing the customer to collect the watch after it gets ready. Maintaining Data Entry and preparing job cards. Requirements Minimum 2 years of work experience as Watch Repairer / Technician Availability to work long hours when needed Education : High School Basic computer know-how Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
