Job Description

About the Position:We are currently looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to work for Al Futtaim Toyota in Dubai. You will?ensure the accurate & on time submission of all warranty repair orders & minimize the warranty error ratio. You will assist the Aftersales Manager in generating reports and you will be the point of contact for Service in assisting in the amendments of service job cards.???Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, your key responsibilities includes the following:

  • Ensure to collect all warranty repair order from service reception for submission purpose.
  • Ensure to prepare Performa & inspect all the required information is correct
  • Ensure to submit the Warranty Repair order on daily basis
  • Ensure to coordinate with Hino officials regarding all Warranty matters
  • Ensure to submit the SSC Repair order with complete required information
  • Ensure to communicate all the technical relevant information to the concerned staff.
  • Ensure to coordinate with the workshop supervisors/foreman regarding the proper storage of the warranty parts
  • Ensure to conduct the in house training and on job training for the relevant staff regarding the technical & warranty matters.
