Warranty AdministratorJob Location : UAEDescription :?To be the contact point between the customer and the manufacturer for all warranty-related issues and claims.?Provides warranty support to customers as well as service and sales departments.?Prepares records, reconciles warranty claims, and submits them to the appropriate manufacturers for payment.?Works directly in conjunction with Service Manager to ensure that warranty work is correctly identified, communicated, and reconciled in a reasonable timeframe that advocates for the customer.Qualifications:?Aftersales Dept.?B.E / B.
