Plans daily receiving against the available company resources (manpower, MHE, docks) to ensure smooth flow of inbound operations. Adherence to DQMP Standards, Safety & Security Policies and Company Product Receiving Procedures.?Prepares daily activities of operators and product receivers.?Prepares GRN and submits on time to Finance Dept.?Signs and confirms Receiving Tally Sheet and QIP Reports.?Ensures that blind counting and WMS pallet configuration is followed.?Ensures minimum idle time of WA and operators by coordinating the removal and parking of inbound trucks in a planned manner.?Handles Outbound ? Truck Continuous Temperature Monitoring (TCTM)?Assists in Cycle Stock Count as necessary?Performs DQMP and ISO Self Audit.?Leads in product damage control. Clears and accounts the damages on a daily basis.?Other responsibilities as required by the supervisor.
