? Ensure that all duties assigned are carried out according to the policies and procedures as set forth by the company.? Monitor the warehouse operational processes ensuring that all policies and procedures pertaining to site are maintained and documented (SOP?s).? To ensure service levels are achieved towards the customer and timely communicated.? Ensuring team is continuously updated on the operations deliverables while motivating and encouraging teamwork and therefore ensuring that internal warehouse KPI targets are met.? Updating Operations and Warehouse Management System(s).? Liaising between operations, customer service and customs department for fulfilling any requirement. ? Arranging necessary conformity certificates.? Check and Generate the Shipping labels, manifests.? Coordinating with service provider for DG repacking & arranging DG Certificates.? Job file opening & update the shipment information in Hellogic? Coordinating with Customer, Vendors for the smooth Operations.? Prepare and update daily reports.? Handle all day to day operations related work.? Updating of cost estimates, Vendor bookings & generate sales Invoices in Hellogic.? Passing Bill of Entry & generate Gate pass.? Handling key accounts and providing regular feedback to clients on shipment status.? Any other operation task as delegated by your direct Manager.? Work overtime as may be required from time to time? Uphold the image of the company at all times.Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Supply chain and Logistics. Experience: ? 3PL / Freight forwarding experience? 2-3 years? work experience in a warehouse environment? Able to drive a forklift is an advantage? Knowledge of JAFZA set up and customs regulations? Strong character with CIP and quality focus? Driving licence and Car is advantageous Computer Knowledge:? Proficient in all Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word and power point)Others: ? Communicate professionally in English at a business level (verbal and written) Hours:? 48 Hours week: 6 Days a weekLocation:?
