The Tender Manager is responsible for the end-to-end tender process for government, international aid agencies and institutional contract. The Tender Manager is responsible for managing an opportunity from qualification through to contract award, including value proposition / strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations, partner identification, and risk management. Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary tender procedures, governance, and processes. This highly networked role requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It will require strong people management and commercial skills.Roles & Responsibilities1. Building and developing tender strategies across the GCC and the operating markets of IFFCO.2. Understanding the tender process and timeline across the markets and develop a time schedule plan to meet the relevant milestones on time.3. Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the tender, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer and produce a work plan.4. Negotiating tenders and direct purchasing opportunities with government?s Organizations, international aid agencies and institutions.5. Analyzing tender documentation including products, services, quantities, delivery deadlines, terms and conditions and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.6. Development of the business case for each project, ensuring target profit rates is maintained.7. Providing timely reporting, forecasting, and recommendations to senior management.8. Establishing effective communication with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of the sales & marketing activities.9. Reviewing of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.10. Monitoring of the tender management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements11. Managing the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities12. Risk tracking and management throughout the tender process13. Understanding and resolving complex technical, strategic and business issues14. Arranging all post tender reviews with customers and team with the post contract awardKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)? Deliver successful tender and win the contract.
