Technical Skills:? At least 4-5 years of Oracle development experience.? At least 2 project support experience on Oracle CRM (Sales, Service, JTF) at client location.? Highly proficient writing OA Pages, JAVA Forms, PL/SQL Queries, Packages, Procedures, Materialized Views, etc.? Technically Proficient Oracle CRM Concepts and Processes. Such as Call-to-Resolution, Quote-to-Order, Service SLAs, etc.? Highly proficient with Integration methodologies and practices.? High understanding on TCA structure and limitations.? Should have good knowledge and working experience in Workflow builder, XML publisher, Form Personalization and Alerts.? Should have involved in developing interface from different system.? Knowledge of Oracle property manager module will be added advantage.Soft Skills:? MUST have customer facing experience of at least 3 years? Highly proficient with English language?
