Responsibilities and Duties˙Follow up with warehouse for any pending order or transfer documents˙Follow up with drivers to handover shipments to dnata on time˙Follow up the Tracking shipments in system˙Follow up with customer for their shipments Packing List & reports from our side and update in the WhatsApp group˙Update the customer about their shipments by WhatsApp and by email˙Take information from my leader regarding workAchieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goodsMeasure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performanceOrganize and maintain inventory and storage areaEnsure shipments? and inventory transactions? accuracyCommunicate job expectations and coach employeesDetermine staffing levels and assign workloadInterface with customers to answer questions or solve problemsMaintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse statusIdentify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practicesConfer and coordinate activities with other departments
