Supervision and Leadership:

Direct and supervise warehouse staff, including warehouse workers, pickers, packers, and other personnel.

Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing products.
Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or incorrect items.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training for warehouse staff.
Investigate and report any accidents or safety violations.

Facility Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance of the warehouse facility and equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance personnel to address any repairs or maintenance needs.
Ensure that the warehouse is organized, clean, and meets operational standards.

Performance Metrics:

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations.
Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with other departments, suppliers, and customers regarding inventory status, order fulfillment, and any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to coordinate shipments and deliveries.

Documentation:
