Job Description

NOTE: You must be available in the UAE to Apply.Position Overview:As a Warehouse Team Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and dedication to teamwork will contribute to the overall success of our warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report any shortages or damages to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  1. Order Fulfillment:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently based on customer specifications.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for outgoing shipments.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule shipments and coordinate deliveries.
  1. Warehouse Organization:
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Arrange and stack products using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Optimize space utilization and implement efficient storage methods.
  1. Quality Control:
  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Identify and report any product defects or packaging issues promptly.
  • Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of damaged or defective items.
  1. Equipment Operation:
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or damage.
  • Adhere to proper safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to address inquiries or resolve issues.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve warehouse processes and enhance overall efficiency.
