Job Description

Position Title: Warehouse Projects & Workshop SupervisorEmployment Type: 1 year renewable contractSalary: all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: UAEAbout the Client:A leading oil and gas company in UAE

  • Reviewing, commenting, and approving contractor?s construction deliverables to ensure that such deliverables appropriately govern the execution of the work within the contract
  • Interface coordination between different contractors on the project, including contractors appointed by 3rd party stakeholders
  • Review Architectural Site submittals (Shop drawings, material submittal, RFI, etc.)
  • Records and reports all stock counts, including timetabling, discrepancies, services rendered, and costs thereby preventing liabilities and complies with overall direction and guidance from Finance department, in coordination with the inventory control department
  • Ensure that the department is staffed with requisite numbers and caliber of staff to meet its objective
  • Execute High Jump WMS process in console as a super user, executing ASN release, diagnoses and trouble shoots errors and execute various inventory adjustments
