Job Description

Position Title:Warehouse Perpetual Inventory and Stock Taking LeadEmployment Type:1 year renewable contractSalary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: UAEAbout the Client: A leading oil and gas company in UAE.

  • Perform warehouse perpetual & physical stock count (manual)
  • Work as per the inventory listing, check & control processes/schedules provided and fixed by the WSMS (warehouse senior materials supervisor).
  • Performs investigation on inventory discrepancies ? physical & system, mismatch and mislocated items and report to WSMS (warehouse senior materials supervisor).
  • Lead the perpetual inventory team during the year stock taking and physical counts and during the year end stock count activity, External audit
  • Performs random inventory checks, trouble shoot & highlight inventory
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies as & when they arise during the year, report to WSMS to process the inventory adjustment transaction in the Maximo system
  • Support the WSMS to implement robust inventory control measures to ensure accuracy, spare parts availability & speedy response to plant requirements.
  • Support in tracking replenishment orders, ETA, expediting.
