Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packaging Supervisor to join our team. The Packaging Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of shift workers in the packaging and shipping sites. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as the Packaging Supervisor will be expected to identify and resolve challenges in the logistics process.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of shift workers in the packaging and shipping sites.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality collection, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Interact with related departments and external counterparts (clients) regarding force majeure situations, provide consultations, and keep them informed.
  • Participate in monthly inventory counts to accurately track goods.
  • Analyze failures in technological processes and propose effective solutions to resolve arising problems.
  • Promote cost control measures by promoting efficient use of materials and reducing production waste.
The company is willing to assist the successful candidate with obtaining a work visa, if necessary. The work schedule will be in shifts to ensure coverage during operational hours. Salary will be discussed and determined based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
