? Ensure that all duties assigned are carried out according to the policies and procedures as set forth by the company.? The forklift is driven safely and that the weekly forklift checklist is completed and filed? Perform picking, packing and packaging and / shrink wrapping of orders as per the standards stipulated? Perform other ?load lifting? activities as may be required and in a safe manner? Ensure that work instructions and respective procedures are carefully followed.? Ensure that product is compliant with storage and safety requirements as per CGMP/CGDP and respective procedures.? Prepare and complete delivery documentation: tally sheets, goods receipt notes (GRNs) and delivery advices as may be assigned from time to time? Ensure that goods are handled into, within and out of the warehouse in a manner which will not cause damage to the goods, to the warehouse or to the delivery vehicles ? Ensure that the warehouse is always kept clean and tidy through regular housekeeping? Report any and all accidents / incidents / damage or near accidents immediately to warehouse supervisor ? Uphold the image of the company at all times? Updating of stock reports for customers as may be required from time to time? Creating and maintaining of warehouse job files as may be required from time to time? Sending stock report for the customer on request and monthly as may be required from time to time? Ensure that adequate safety equipment and uniform is always being worn when in the warehouse and / or yard? Report any and all accidents / incidents / damages or near accidents / incidents / damages immediately to the WIC / warehouse supervisor / operations manager? Conduct stock checks and reconciliations as may be required from time to time? Must be willing to work overtime from time to time as may be required? Perform other ad hoc tasks as may be required from time to timeQualifications: ? High School Certificate. ? Diploma in warehousing and/or logistics or higher preferred.Experience: ? Minimum 3+ years in warehousing environment.? Knowledge of warehousing processes.? 3PL experience is an advantage? Must be physically fit to lift heavy loads? Able to drive a forklift with licenseComputer Knowledge:? Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.Others: ? Should be able to communicate functionally in English and in at least one other Asian language.? Should be able to read and write in basic English. ?
