Warehouse Manager - TelecomJob Location : UAEJob Details :?Prepare the schedule of supply chain & Raw Materials delivery as per projects requirement.?Coordinate with Clients for materials collection & dealing with different clients warehouses,?Coordinate with JAFZA, DWC & all freezones area for truck gate passes.?Coordinate with Clients for materials RN (return Note) New & Dismantled.?Manage the client inventory & provide the details to clients/ Project team.?Coordinate with all supplier for Goods Receiving & scheduled the trucks for collection.?Proper checking of all Goods as per LPO & Invoice.?Checking the purchased materials quality & brand.?Supporting the procurement & provide the Goods specification, Quality & actual description as per project requirement before preparing the LPO.?Chinking the Goods rates & availability as per quotation.?Coordinate with supplier for Assets & Tools Repairing.?Coordinate with all projects managements for daily materials Movement.?Planning assigning for logistics trucks on daily basis & coordinate with drivers.?Manage the more than warehouse in the different region.?Proper check and balance of stock inventory on weekly and daily basis.?Proper checking of monthly physical stock taking.?Checking the inventories file of all the warehouses by SAP.?Companys Assets Inventory.?Staff Clearance from stores.?Providing Inventory Report to Finance & project department.?Checking the House Keeping of all warehouses.?Responsible for all Assets & Tools
