Job Description

800 Storage is a fast-growing Storage provider that offers multiple solutions to both businesses and individuals. Our mission is to leverage space capacities by providing a combination of space with the latest technologies and customer service practices to manage it. We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager, based in Dubai, who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. What you?ll do:Operational Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.
Staff Management:
  • Plan and assign tasks based on the daily, weekly, and monthly workload.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Safety and Compliance:
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies and regulations.
Reporting:
  • Prepare and deliver reports on warehouse operations and staff performance.
