Job Description

  • Data analyst with attention to details and efficient in reviewing information and digging into numbers.
  • Ability to organize and structure the business ? Structured way of working.
  • Focus on specific goals, defining solutions, implement measures of control and follow-up afterwards
  • Clear - Able to provide clarity on his findings in an efficient and simple manner.
  • Management skills: able to manage, to track and ensure continuous monitoring and ensure consistency along the process
?Weekly Warehouse Controlling
  • Ensure all WHs follow our standard operational policies and procedures (SOP) of the Group
  • Ensure all warehouses are compliant in terms of local and international
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of the system data
  • Ensure all warehouse operational reports requested are provided on time, are accurate and are clean of any mistakes ? reflect the reality and the inconsistencies
  • Follow-up weekly with each warehouse manager and country operations manager on the various issues in order to be fixed.
  • Propose, listen and follow-up with Warehouse managers in order to improve efficiency of the Warehouse
  • Centralize for Management (Head of Ops + CFO + Head of Com) the various stakeholders view related to Warehouse management
  • Analysis and review delays for loading and offloading at our own warehouses.
  • Improve Warehouse planning in close relationship with Head of Ops and local warehouse manager.
  • Ensure the full implementation of standard reports and KPIs across all countries and warehouses, specifically:
  • Weekly Warehousing Performance Report ? review Stock overview / Occupancy rate / Ageing / Holding certificates / Dwelling times
  • Daily Warehouse report
  • System Down
  • Data Control summary
  • Warehouse Planning?
Stock Take and Audits
  • Ensure Stock takes are done as per Group required frequency
  • Provide a single model for the group for Stock take in each WH ? (Same report, same unit of measure, same guidelines)
  • Provide a standard model for the group for reporting ? all stock audits have the same reporting model, same format
  • Provide consolidated presentation to Heads after each stock audit with recommendation
  • Define the guidelines and increase the scope of WH audits, including operations, HSE, maintenance, consumables, procurement, HR, fixed costs, etc?
Group support
  • Support the group on new projects, on expanding our Warehouse network and new deployments
  • Support the group for Warehouse P&L and profitability
  • Implement special projects when necessary
  • Cost savings functionality ? provide solution in order to spend less?
