Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our client, a global e-commerce firm in Dubai. Join our dynamic team at our Client?s Warehouse!The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, and organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.Working Conditions:ÿ5 Days a week, 9 Hours a day, Rotational Shifts and Weekends.Benefits:A great opportunity to work with a global firm with good work-life balance and global standards of workforce policy.Gross Salary: AED 2,000 (Including Basic, Accommodation, Food)Transportation: Provided from certain pick up points to the Warehouse location.Health Insurance: ProvidedAnnual Leave: 30 DaysAirfare: Provided Once every 2 years.Employment Visa: Provided by the CompanyResponsibilities:Receiving and Inspection:Receive, unload, and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments.Inspect and report any damages or discrepancies in received products.Label and organize inventory in designated storage areas.Order Picking and Packing:Efficiently pick customer orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Pack and prepare orders for shipping, following company standards.Utilize appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.Inventory Management:Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits.Communicate inventory discrepancies and adjustments to supervisors.Shipping and Dispatch:Prepare shipping documents and labels.Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments.Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments.Warehouse Organization:Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.Restock inventory as needed and keep shelves and racks organized.Dispose of packaging materials and cardboard responsibly.Quality Control:Ensure all products leaving the warehouse meet quality standards.Report any quality issues to supervisors promptly.Equipment Operation:Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED2,000.00 per monthLanguage:English - Reading, Writing and Speaking (Required)
