Job Description

  • Receive orders from sales team and prepare sales orders, once orders are approved by finance team, then, prepare sales invoice and release pick list to pickers for further items picking from warehouse shelf
  • Monitor the stock availability against each order to avoid wrong invoicing
  • Receive cash from sales team against cash on deliveries and post the receipts in the system and mange cash deposit into company?s bank account and share the deposit slip and its details to finance for further reconciliation
  • Prepare the GRN to receive the goods in system for the inbound shipments and follow the inbound checking procedures
  • Maintain a register for all fleet and monitor its daily movements and record daily fuel consumption details
