Job Description

3.1 Receives and responds to customers and guides them for the process to be followed.3.2 If new patient registration forms to be filled then complete process to follow like insurance original card to be checked for the expiry date, photo and name.3.3 Help to fill out the consent form by their name, card number and date of medical service.3.4 For patient with existing medical record, asks for his/her patient ID and call for his/her file in the MRD.3.5 Updates all customers with the required information or status and educate the general consent for treatment form.3.6 Take appointments for doctors and schedules patients.3.7 Processes bills (if assigned) and assists the customers with the relevant information.3.8 Helps to collect reports from different departments.3.9 Co-ordinate with insurance, billing, admissions and discharge departments.3.10 Acts as a link between the physicians, other clinical staff and patients.3.11 Handles the console and transfers and attends to telephone calls and enquiries.3.12 Records all customer feedbacks and record the patient satisfaction survey form.3.13 Maintains a congenial work environment for customer satisfaction.3.14 Performs any other jobs assigned by the superior as per exigencies of work.
