Job Description

The role of a Waitress and Hostess in Dubais vibrant hospitality sector is essential for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience. This position requires a blend of interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the food service industry. As a Waitress and Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
  3. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  4. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  7. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
  9. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback to enhance service quality.
  10. Participate in promotional events and activities to boost restaurant visibility.
