Job Description

  • Greet customers warmly, providing menus and suggesting daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and enter them into the POS system.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating with the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and anticipate customer needs, ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and set up promptly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash transactions and operating the POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, condiment stations, and restrooms.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
