Responsibilities and Duties- Advise on menu and products selections- Serve food and beverages- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards- Order and maintain inventory of both chiller and non-chiller products- Describe and advise on patisseries selection- Describe menu items for customers- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages- Address customers complaints or concerns- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs- Balance cash and record sales- Provide customer service to assist clients/guests with special needs
