Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:? Serve foodcourses and alcoholic beverages to guests.? Set tablesaccording to type of event and service standards.? Answerquestions on menu selections.? Communicatewith the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recookorders, and product availability.? Communicateadditional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and specialrequests to the kitchen. Record transaction in MICROS system at time oforder.? Check inwith guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.? Pick-up traysand clean tables as needed to ensure a clean dining area.? Maintaincleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.? Completeclosing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.? Presentphysical and accurate check to guest and process payment.? Follow allcompany and safety and security policies and procedures; report anymaintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; completesafety training and certifications.? Ensureuniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.? Welcome andacknowledge all guests according to company standards.? Speak withothers using clear and professional language, and answer telephones usingappropriate etiquette.? Performother reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors? Tenure in currentposition minimum one year? Must have atminimum 2 years experience in the position, more experience preferable? Excellence incommunication skills, fluency in English and Russian speaker.? Food and Beverageknowledge? Personality: Warm,welcoming, smiling and pleasant? Take initiatives,self confidence? Customer serviceorientation, build relationship and take ownership? Share bestpractice and support for any change?
