*We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress, to join our F&B team.You will be responsible to provide excellent quality brand and service standards for customers and communicate effectively with all sections of the Kitchen and Front of House team.KEY ACCOUNTABILITESEnsuring the day to day operation is smoothTraining, supporting, coaching and guiding all junior colleaguesMaintaining a clean, safe and healthy working environmentLeading the opening and/or closedown of FOH effectivelyCommunicating any issues impacting the restaurant or food qualityReporting any defects in equipment immediately to the chef or manager in chargePreparing tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses and maintain a tidy dining areaInforming customers about the day s specials and offering menu recommendations upon requestUp-selling additional products when appropriateTaking accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorizationServing food and drink ordersCheck dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problemsDeliver checks and collect bill paymentsPreference will be given to qualified candidates who meet the below requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining or premium casual restaurantExcellent communication, problem solving and organization skills
