Job Description

The role of a Waiter/Food Server in Dubai, UAE, is pivotal in the hospitality and accommodation industry, where exceptional customer service is paramount.   4. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation.
  5. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  7. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  8. Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.
  9. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service quality.
