Quest Search and Selection is looking for a VVIP Client Relations Manager to become a vital part of a world-renowned Luxury fashion house, located in Dubai.You will be the houses brand ambassador, interact with high-profile customers and support all its projects and events.As VVIP Client Relations Manager, you will:- Collect qualitative and quantitative feedbacks in partnership with regions and Customer Engagement Managers- Plan, design, and monitor events from a quantitative stand point- Logistic, planning, invoice and budget follow-up of the events- Follow and monitor brand events at global level considering all cultural leading events- Forecast and manage budget- Breakdown by region and by activity- Increase effectiveness of each event to create added valueDesirable skills and background:- At least 5 years significant work experience on similar role in Luxury Retail industry- Personal shoppers/stylist with Luxury Retail background, in-store experience, personal clients network across GCC- Outstanding communication, presentation, analytic and planning skills- Familiarity with computer software, digital and social media technologies- Professional background in the following merchandise categories: RTW, Handbags/SLG, Footwear and Accessories- Arabic speaker (required)If you feel you have what it takes to become part of the iconic High-Fashion house, then please apply with an up to date CV.We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
