Our vision is to become the partner of choice for Issuers and Merchants leveraging our solutions to drive profitable consumer engagement and Mastercard Preference. In order to create exceptional cardholder experiences and drive Issuer value through differentiated and digitally enabled services, we are seeking a VP, Cardholder Services & Digital Enablement.This role will develop and provide regional oversight for products, platforms and partnerships related to cardholder benefits across all categories including (and not limited to) travel, lifestyle and insurance, which align to our global product line strategy value proposition. The role will also be responsible to optimize the digital enablement strategy for all Loyalty products, with a focus on optimizing how customers integrate with our services to improve the way cardholders interacts with them, and the overall user experience.The successful candidate will be regionally responsible for value proposition to Issuers/Merchants and cardholders, competitive differentiation, regional scalability and delivering outstanding digital experiences.The Role?Responsible for the overall management, strategy and success of Cardholder Service that oversees all Benefits & Insurances and partnerships used to enrich card value propositions in addition to building out new capabilities?Accountable for EEMEA Benefits & Insurance revenue growth?Manage successful deployment and scaling of benefit platforms and digital personalization capabilities across the region?Overall accountability for the digital enablement strategy for Loyalty products in EEMEA, including API readiness and adherence to standards, feature enhancement, prioritization and market readiness.?Assess market needs and work with stakeholders (e.g. vendors, technology department, global teams) to develop new benefits and solutions, that are digital, flexible and scalable?Liaise with global and / or regional service providers to ensure alignment and flawless execution of new products and services.?Partner with Core Product & Engineering team to power the core strategies in order to create preference for Mastercard, and differentiation for Mastercard?s customers (e.g. issuers)?Provide thought leadership and drive initiatives to enhance and expand existing product capabilities to meet demand, and further differentiate product lines to create preference towards Mastercard.?Support and drive market-wide initiatives to achieve substantial and sustainable revenue growth in the countries and divisions?Apply project management skills and follow internal product development processes to drive alignment, integration and execution among internal and external project stakeholders supporting the flawless development and implementation of MasterCard?s products.?Ability to adopt a digital mindset in developing products and processes from the design stage, and ability to think holistically to identify process and technical integration opportunities with other services when designing the customer experience?Driving continual process and product improvements through identifying efficiencies or removing pain points based on stakeholder feedback or self-identifying change opportunitiesAll about You?Strong consumer marketing experience?Extensive product management experience, with direct previous business management experience in a regional / global role.?Demonstrated experience in driving growth and expansion of products, digital consumer experiences, business operations and end-to-end delivery; has the ability to scan widely across internal business operations and external markets and competitors to identify business opportunities?Acts as a thought leader for creative/disruptive improvements and thoughtfully balances risk when committing significant investments in advocating change?Navigates across geographies (global, region and market) and leverages strong relationships with key groups across Mastercard to gain support and buy-in for key initiatives?Experienced in managing large teams?Ensures an inclusive working culture that could foster collaboration across departments and geographies to reach defined objectives?Creates a high-performance environment and nurtures innovation and creative thinking?A consumer first mindset with a passion for developing exceptional user experiencesCOVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we?re all in this together.In many locations, which may change over time, we?ve implemented a virtual hiring process and continue to interview candidates by video or phone.
