Quest Search and Selection is working in partnership with one of the most exciting Retailers in the world looking to hire a VP e-Commerce Operations - Last Mile to join their team in Dubai. You will join one of the most reputable employers in the world with one of the most exciting product and technology team in the region.As VP e-Commerce Operations - Last Mile, you will:- Lead the development of fulfillment and last mile strategies in the assigned region- Ensure efficient and cost-effective inventory flow, operations delivery, and customer service- Continuously look out for solutions and enhancements that will deliver the best customer experience- Monitor and test performance of fulfillment and last mile processes/procedures across the country- Ensure that all processes and procedures follow corporate policies, local laws, and cultural practices- Provide training to countries in deploying effective strategies- Collaborate with supply chain team and align with business partners to resolve issues within SLA- Monitor supplier KPI and targetsDesirable skills and background:- Bachelors degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent- Must have experience in e-commerce last mile, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment- With at least 10 years experience in similar role and capacity in E-Commerce home delivery- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, and negotiation skills- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills- Fluency in Arabic is an advantageThis is a huge opportunity for you to work in an energetic, dynamic and progressive environment!
